Washington PA resident, (native of Kansas), teaches English at Washington and Jefferson College. He performs American traditional music of all kinds.
Dwayne's interest started at Carnegie Institute of Technology in the late fifties, and early sixties, when folk music was the biggest thing around. It would have ended with guitar playing if Dr.Glasser at Carnegie Tech had not had weekly gatherings of people interested in Folk Music.
